Description

SpyControl is a software solution for Windows PCs for device control as well as for visualization and documentation of process-relevant data. Communication with the temperature control unit is via RS232, USB or TCP/IP. Recorded data is displayed over time, whereby the axes of the diagram are freely scalable. A zoom function simplifies the graphical evaluation of individual time segments. The paid full version (license key required) can communicate with up to 10 devices simultaneously and offers additional functions. For each channel, a setpoint specification, a start/stop function and a switchover between internal or process temperature control are possible. The temperature values and other process data can be recorded and stored as a CSV file. A programmer function with user-friendly graphic editor can be used to specify an automatically running temperature profile (for 1 channel). The download includes a free version for recording from one device, as well as a 30-day trial version of the full version. If the trial version is to be used further after the trial period has expired, the purchase of a license key is required.

Description

The Pilot Remote software enables the complete remote control of Huber temperature control units with Pilot ONE via any PC/laptop with Microsoft Windows. The familiar Pilot ONE user interface is displayed on the PC, i.e. identical operation on PC and temperature control unit. Communication takes place via an Ethernet network connection with secure authentication and encryption. The software is executable under Microsoft Windows 7/8/10 (32/64 bit). To operate the software, the E-grade Remote GUI must be activated on the connected Pilot ONE units. A 30-day evaluation version can be activated directly on the Pilot ONE free of charge.

Programming examples & manual

Description

This Python programming example facilitates the familiarization with the topic of interface communication (Ethernet, RS232, USB) with Huber thermostats. The components Python 3.6.5 and pySerial 3.4 from the Runtime Package are required (see below).

Description

A graphical program as an aid for Huber command sets. The software can be used to send individual commands to Huber devices and thus try out commands without having to program. The program can be used with RS232, USB and Ethernet interfaces.

Flash software for firmware updates

Description

The "Pilot ONE Flasher" software enables firmware updates to be loaded onto the Pilot ONE controller. A Windows PC with USB port and a corresponding connection cable are required for execution. An Internet connection is also required to download new firmware versions. The following installation packages contain the software including manual and USB drivers (English and German). There are two installation packages to choose from. We recommend the variant with digital signature for secure use of firmware files.
